Prior to establishing Sandler Sales Institute in the North West, Mark Pickles was Sales Director for a London based events company. Originally though he comes from the pharmaceutical industry, where he spent 12 years selling everything from wholesale "generics" right through to "big pharma", and working in a diverse range of markets, including generic retail, primary care, secondary care and primary care trusts. During this time he also enjoyed 10 years of sales training and coaching, working with all levels of experience and ability, from complete beginners to veteran sales professionals.
